Abstract

This article highlights key topics and results of the 13th Congress of Youth Scientific Societies of Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities in Russia and CIS Countries that took place in Volgograd on the basis of Volgograd State Medical University under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The event was attended by over 350 people from the cities of Russia and five neighbouring countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. The congress is included in the plan of the most significant educational and pedagogical events in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Russian Ministry of Health for 2016.
