Abstract
The paper presents the results of the study of occupational injuries in “Apatit” company (Kola Peninsula; 67.6 N, 33.3 E) over the period of 2000–2010. In the seasonal distribution of injuries, there were identified peaks coinciding with similar features of seasonal distribution of suicides and cardiovascular deaths. A significant number of all injuries (75 %) happen against the “quiet” geomagnetic background or immediately after a local magnetic disturbance.
Keywords
occupational injuries, geomagnetic disturbances.
